Article 1 (Purposes and Items of Personal Information Collected)
The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Service.

Article 2 (How Personal Information Is Collected)
- Automatic collection through Google OAuth 2.0 social login
- Information the user enters directly while using the Service
Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
As a rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.
- When the user has consented in advance
- When required by law, or when an investigative agency requests it for investigation following the procedures and methods set by law
Payment processing is entrusted to PortOne (Iamport Inc.).
Payment processing is outsourced to PortOne as described below.
Article 3-2 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
For smooth payment processing, the Company entrusts personal information processing as follows.

When concluding an entrustment contract, the Company specifies what is needed to keep personal information safe and supervises whether the trustee handles it safely. Any change in the entrusted work or the trustee will be disclosed through this policy.
Article 3-3 (Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)
To create character conversations and Saju, tarot, fortune and face readings, the Company transfers personal information overseas as follows. This transfer is entrusted processing to perform the service contract and is handled under Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act by disclosure in this policy.

You may refuse the overseas transfer of personal information by contacting the Privacy Officer in Article 7. In that case, you cannot use the services that create character conversations and readings.
Article 3-4 (Handling and Destruction of Face Reading Photos)
Uploaded photos are not stored and are destroyed as soon as the reading is finished.
(1) The Company keeps a face photo uploaded with the user’s consent briefly in a temporary location on the server and deletes it right after extracting the facial features. The original photo is not stored in a database or public folder, and no address to download it again is created.
(2) The Company does not create or store biometric information (such as facial landmark values) for identifying individuals from photos. What is extracted is a written description of appearance used for face reading.
(3) For each photo, the Company keeps its SHA-256 hash and a consent record (account, date and time, access IP, consent text version). The hash cannot be used to restore the photo and is used only to confirm that the photo was uploaded with consent.
(4) The appearance description extracted from a photo is kept so that the same photo gives the same result when read again, and it is deleted when the user requests.
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, where relevant laws require retention, it is kept for that period.
- E-commerce records: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Access logs: 1 year (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
Article 5 (Rights of Users)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction or deletion of personal information
- Request suspension of processing
- Withdraw membership (log out of the Service, then request by email)
Article 6 (Use of Cookies)
The Service uses a cookie (PHPSESSID) to keep your session. It is deleted automatically when the browser closes. No tracking cookies for advertising or marketing are used.
